Doesn’t seem all that long ago there was 500 days left, this past Thursday marks 250 days left until 12/31/24

I managed to get a couple cooks in, my favorite last night, Tri Tip and my wife’s favorite, Salmon tonight

Hope all is well with ya’ll, start another 3-week run at midnight tonight

Looks delicious. I came online for some last minute inspiration for dinner and that salmon looks great.

Edit. TT looks great too but it's frozen solid.

Nice looking plated Chuck! Be safe out there on the road.

Awesome job Chuck, that tri tip is spot on. Like Bob said have a good trip and stay safe.

Great cook Chuck. Barb and I got to retire early (another story for another day) Been on cruise control now for 22 years. One of the first things you'll wonder is how you ever had the time to work for a living and that's a good thing.

If I had to look at that retirement calculator picture I would never get anything done.
I already had a bad case of “senioritis” as it was.
I think they ran me off because of that now that I think of it .
Kinda glad they did too.
