WSK Griddle Options

Hi all,

Now that summer is around the corner, I'm looking to purchase a griddle for my WSK. What is everybody using and are there any top recommendations? I was looking at the Kamado Joe Karbon Steel Griddle (big joe version is 24") but couldn't tell if that would fit in the WSK and couldn't find anything on the internet confirming or denying that either.

Also excuse my ignorance, but is the recommendation to use the griddle with the coals at the bottom or higher tier?

Thank you both! The Hunsaker is much cheaper and looks like it's well reviewed, so I'll start with that and see if I have any complaints.

I would like to know how you like it, so please keep us in the loop as you start to use it. Something I could see adding to my WSK in the future.
