Perfect evening for grilling so I fired up the Jumbo Joe for some Vortex KFC and wings.
Found a real simple marinade and glaze for the wings I wanted to try. Two hours in the marinade and I reserved some of the marinade to use as a glaze toward the end of the cook. The wings were really good.
Used a combination of corn flakes, Shake and Bake extra crispy and Kinders chicken rub and mustard for the binder for the KFC.
Barb made a new potato salad that was really good and she cooked up some veggies on the E320 gasser.
Overall a great meal and a nice evening.
