We do a breakfast dinner every now and then.
Today was hashbrown omelettes in the rain .
It wasn’t raining when I did the prep but it does that up here at times.
I really didn’t do this cook any justice presentation wise but it is tasty as all get out.

There is a guy from Minnesota or something like that that used to post vids on YouTube.
His site is called true north cafe I believe and his cooks are awesome.
His hashbrown omelettes were the best looking I’ve ever seen.
They in fact made me get my Blackstone.

If you have never tried one you are missing out.
A side of blueberry pancakes goes really good with this plate and will send you strait to the couch zone .

Looks great, had shoulder surgery a week ago and not supposed to use it for 6 weeks or so, cooked a couple steaks on the spirit 1 handed, told the wife going to get another umbrella for the porch for it, that would cut 1/2 the distance when it's raining lol
