Happy 4th of July!


 
On Sunday I did the rub, mop for the tri tip and Barb did the dessert. Monday, I did the beans and Barb did the pasta salad.
Today the tri tip on the performer is my job and Barb will take care of the corn on the bone using the E320.
We spread preparing the dinner for the 4th over three days because it's so blazing hot. 107 yesterday. Today it's 92 and it's just 8:55, yikes!
