Father’s Day Ribs

Rich Dahl

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Picked up a Signature St Louis cut rack of ribs on sale at Safeway.
Seasoned with a combination of my rib rub and Kinder’s The Blend.
Into the Camp Chef at 220 with a fruit mix pellet blend for 3 ½ hours.
Wrapped in foil with brown sugar and honey with a little apple juice for 1 ½ hours.
Ribs passed the bend test and were ready. Did BBQ sauce on the side.
Made some of Cliffs beans and Barb grilled up some corn on the bone on the E320.
Just the two of us so it was a quiet Father’s day with a great meal.

Looks great, Rich. I'm finding that I use 'The Blend' in all sorts of applications.
