Low-Cal Yogurt Curry Dressing

I am a big fan of Curry, can't wait to try this. The cookbook says it is real good as a salad dressing and can also be used as a dip for vegetables.

Low-Cal Yogurt Curry Dressing

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 TB. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 TB curry powder (see Note)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

In a bowl whisk together all of the ingredients. Makes 1 cup

Note: Try roasting the curry powder in a dry skillet over low to moderate heat just until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. The flavor will be
different but quite delicious.
