Sirloin Tips

My daughters got me and DW a ButcherBox of meat for Christmas. We’ve been going through the various meats and one has me a little stumped. What would you do with a pound of sirloin tips? I was kind of thinking of a stir fry but I usually use chicken for that. Maybe just cut them into small pieces, brown them and make a chili? Marinate, cook and throw on a salad? Don’t want to do a screw as I don’t see these as stewing meat - but hey, I’m looking for suggestions, so anything goes.

I'd do a good stir fry. Beef and broccoli, or some other perhaps on the hot/spicy mix of things. Honestly I love those little strips for that, but can never find them. They're a bit leaner so they don't add much "fat" in a stir fry. And when cooked in that manner come out pretty tender and nice

Stir fry it is (was). Pretty good but wasn’t much different than when we use chicken. Still, we used up some of the gift box, so that’s good.
