Just wanted to let you know, I'm working on my WING binder!!! There is a large section under MARINATED. I'm only keeping the ones that call for marinating 8 hrs. or more.

(looks like I posted most of them already lol)

I only marinate in homemade buttermilk.....with added very hot rub.
Cooked to eat dry or use a garlic parm rub or......even another hot sauce.
