Congratulations on the win Mildo. It was a delicious looking meal you put together.

As for all the other entrants, we were all winners in our own way, as we got to have a
great meal and a little fun in competing.


Myself, I doubt I ever would have considered doing a tri-tip if it had not been the subject of the throw-down,
and I will now be putting it into my 'rotation of meals' (if I can find it more affordably than what I paid this time).
