Creamy Texas Dip
2 (8 oz.) jars chunky picante sauce
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
Garnish: paprika, fresh cilantro
1. Drain picante sauce, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
2. Combine picante sauce and sour cream. Stir in 2 to 4 TB. reserved liquid. Cover and chill. Garnish, if desired; serve
with tortilla chips. Makes 2 1/4 cups
