    passing it on..

    how do i smoke this bad boy? pic

    my buddy, ted, dives regularly for lobster off of the santa barbara coast. he brings these big boys like this 12 pounder back all the time- so, he is always asking if we can throw some of these on the WSM but i never have before. i saw some ideas for grilling lobster in the seafood section...

    pics of sunday rib smoke

    smoked 3 slabs of baby backs today. i used kingsford hardwood lump for fuel(on sale at my local grocery store for dirt cheap!) kiawe wood for the smoke, and rubbed them with runnin' wild 'honey barbecue' dry rub. gotta love them ribs!

    overnight pork shoulder smoke-pics!
